Folks, we are glad to announce Emory’s DocuSign Enterprise is live now. We were able to wrap up all the activities from last week. A big thanks to everybody that helped launch DocuSign in quick time. A few things to highlight.

• We have enabled Shibboleth Single Sign on with Duo for all users in Emory and Emory Healthcare can access DocuSign by clicking on  Emory Docusign.
• For folks who have signed up for Enterprise DocuSign, you should have received a separate email invitation to join the Enterprise Account. Please make sure to join the account.
• DocuSign knowledge articles are available via Emory IT Self Service Portal. Feel free to login to Emory Help and search for DocuSign to view the knowledge articles. Here are the DocuSign knowledge articles.
  • If you are new to Emory IT Self Service Portal, please read the "Working in Your Emory IT Self-Service Portal" article for more details.
  • DocuSign KB has details about Emory FAQ, DocuSign University (free learning program) and common DocuSign links.
  • DocuSign KB has details about how DocuSign unit admin can add others to send DocuSign envelopes. This will be all of you who have signed up for the Emory Enterprise DocuSign account.
  • DocuSign KB has details about CFR 21 Part11 compliant signatures. This is primarily used when sending documents to FDA. Access to the CFR 21 Part11 compliant DocuSign account is separate from Enterprise DocuSign Account.
• We have matched approximately 2500 existing DocuSign user accounts that had been created in DocuSign over a period of time. There will be some edge cases where users with existing DocuSign accounts might login and not have their profile match.
• General information about DocuSign can also be found in OIT IT Service Catalog WebSite.
• To resolve issues, please submit a ticket by going to Emory Service Now and clicking on "Something's Broken".  Be sure to indicate the problem is in relation to the DocuSign application.
